Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $6.95 (3–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping: $8.95 (faster U.S. delivery)
• Free Shipping: On orders $75 or more after discounts (U.S. only)

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During launches or promotions, processing may take a little longer — we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. JUSTMIX Beauty is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you catch an error, contact us immediately at orders@justmixbeauty.com and we’ll do our best to assist before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, JUSTMIX Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting your shipping carrier directly if you experience an issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@justmixbeauty.com with photos of the packaging and product. We will make it right.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned for updates.
