JUSTMIX Beauty Return Policy
At JUSTMIX Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
● Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
● Products must contain at least 50% of the original product remaining to qualify for a return or refund.
● Products that are completely empty are not eligible for return.
● Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
● Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
● Empty bottles or containers
● Products containing less than 50% of the original product
● Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
● Gift cards
● Promotional, complimentary, or giveaway items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders. Must show proof
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
